This KB is constantly updated by EMF team as and when we add new features and revise old ones.

  • Email Support: quick response email support is available to all users. Our team of skillful representatives respond to your emails at their earliest. Paid plan users are given priority. 
  • Contact Forms: are available in multiple places inside and out of the application.  This method offers quicker turnaround than standard email support because it gives our support team more information from the start.
  • For users that require higher level of service, Premium In-App Messaging is available for selected plans.
